Application:
The shinguards become soft and moldable when heated with hot air (hairdryer).

1. Place one shinguard on a smooth, clean surface (paper or baking paper).
2. Heat for 3–6 minutes.
3. Wait 10–15 seconds, then place directly on your shin.
4. Press lightly to shape.
   After approx. 3 minutes, the guard hardens and has taken on the shape of your shin and muscles. Repeat with the second guard.

After heating, the shinguards can adapt to almost any shape – ensuring a custom fit for every shin and muscle structure.

• Store cool and avoid direct sunlight.
• Incorrect use may damage the product (no liability assumed).
